Base giuridica: la tua richiesta e le misure precontrattuali (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR). Se l’acquisto si conclude, conservo i dati necessari per gli obblighi di legge, ad esempio fiscali (art. 6, par. 1, lett. c GDPR).
Il sito è ospitato da Netlify, Inc. (USA), che riceve e conserva i messaggi del modulo per mio conto come responsabile del trattamento. Il trasferimento verso gli Stati Uniti avviene con garanzie adeguate, come le Clausole Contrattuali Standard dell’UE. Non vendo né cedo i tuoi dati a nessuno e non li uso per newsletter senza il tuo consenso.
Conservo i messaggi per il tempo necessario a rispondere e al massimo 24 mesi. I dati relativi a una vendita conclusa sono conservati per il periodo richiesto dalla legge fiscale.

When you write to me through the “Make an offer” or “Contact” form, I collect your name, email, country, region and message. I use them only to reply, tell you about the works and, if you wish, arrange the purchase and shipping.
